Cashcrate I have been a member since 2008, but I forgot entirely about it until now. Still had $3 in my account. 

Field Agent USA or Field Agent Canada - They have you do little secret shopper tasks like photographing displays in stores with your cellphone. I don't always have time to get out to their jobs timely but LOVE THEM! I started with them in December 2015. I have received timely payments via paypal.

Mobile Expression - requires installation of a program to gather statistics on how you use the internet on your phone. Pays about $1/week in Amazon, Bestbuy or Starbucks gift cards. I signed up June 2016 & have used the Amazon gift code once.

Testbirds - Testbirds does quality control, usability and bug testing. They are based in Europe, in German, so there aren't many English projects yet. However they are SUPER nice and friendly. I've been with them since November 2015. I have received timely payments via paypal.

Angus Reid in Canada sent me a snail mail survey and about 3 weeks after I mailed it back I got a $10 by cheque. For their online surveys, they pay in amazon gift cards or direct deposit to your bank after you have accrued $50.

InboxDollars is website that pays you to read emails and take surveys. Payout starts at $30. The Canadian version is Daily Rewards -I signed up June 2016. I wrote down my cash offers as I signed up for them (mostly other survey sites.) I have had to contact support twice to get them to follow through paying me with the date I signed up and the amount I expected, so make sure you keep an eye on these people! 

Vindale - has their own surveys and some surveys direct you to partners. Pays monthly by Paypal or will mail you a check after you have earned $50. 

Paidviewpoint.com - I signed up in August 2016. Their website and survey systems have a very modern and responsive feel compared to the others. We'll see how it works out. They are supposed to pay via paypal.
